We are committed to customer satisfaction and transparent service. Please read our policy below for all refunds and cancellations.

Refund Policy

  • Requests for refunds must be sent by email to support@youcantransform.in within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are granted only for eligible purchases as specified for our digital plans and coaching services.
  • No refunds are issued after the first coaching session or if digital content has been accessed/downloaded.
  • If required by law (such as consumer protection rules), appropriate refunds will be processed as mandated.
  • All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel a program or subscription, email support@youcantransform.in at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
  • Cancellations requested after billing will apply to the following cycle, not retroactively.
  • Upon cancellation, access to services will terminate at the end of the paid subscription period.

Exceptions

  • No refunds for completed sessions, downloads, or digital access already used.
  • Promotional/discounted products or bundles are non-refundable unless stated in the offer details.
